We know how much arrival and departure days matter: the drive from Mexico City, a Sunday comida that runs long, a late flight home. Whenever the calendar allows, we are happy to give you more time at the house.

What does it cost?
We charge by the hour, and you can ask for early check-in, late checkout or both.

Why it depends on availability
When another group arrives the day you leave, or leaves the day you arrive, our team needs that time to give the house a thorough cleaning. We want it just as clean for the next guests as we want it for you, and we would never rush it or have anyone arrive to a half-finished job. When the calendar is open, we are glad to let you enjoy the house a little longer.
Cleanliness is something we take real pride in. It is one of the things guests rate us highest for at Casa Azul, our place in Texas, and we hold Casa Luna to the same standard. The fee helps cover our team's extra time and keeps the house reserved just for you.
Check-in and checkout questions
How do I request it?
Mention it in the booking form or send us a WhatsApp before your stay. We check the calendar and confirm.
Can I get both early check-in and late checkout?
Yes, as long as no other guests are arriving or leaving on those days. Each extra hour is $500 MXN.
When will I know if it is available?
Sometimes not until the day you arrive or the day you leave. Bookings can come in at the last minute, so we may only be able to confirm extra hours on the day itself. We will always let you know as soon as we can.
What if I have special circumstances?
Please reach out to us directly. Every situation is different, and we understand that. A late flight, a family event, a change of plans: we will work with you to find something that fits, whether that is a special rate for the extra hours or, in some cases, booking an extra night. Tell us what is going on and we will figure it out together.
